Scheduling
Please schedule your appointment in advance. Day of service reservations are welcome although limited based upon availability. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. Guests must be 16 years of age or older; guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. An 18% service charge will be automatically added to your spa service bill upon check-out – 100% paid out to the spa staff.
Arriving
We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your set appointment in order to check-in, enjoy our shower/sauna and relaxation room. To assure that all of our guests receive their full time allotted, if you arrive late your service will conclude as originally scheduled. Please inform us of any medical or special needs that require our attention. Guest Intake forms can be completed prior online or day of.
Our Facility
For your enjoyment, our amenities include luxurious robes, sandals, showers, lockers, infrared saunas in both the men’s and women’s lounges. Once settled in enjoy our relaxation lounge with complimentary beverages, light healthy snacks and so much more. Our facility is 100% smoke and vape free. Cell phone usage (including photos) are discouraged in our facility. Complimentary locker use is encouraged. We are not responsible for any lost items.
Parking
Complimentary valet parking is available at the main hotel entrance. Please note: Point Ruston Village parking charges are at the expense of the guest and are not validated by hotel or Spa Serein.
Cancellations
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours and missed appointments will be billed at full price.
